Privacy Policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it exclusively on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). This policy applies to the website firmeo.ai and the waitlist offered through it.

2. Which data we process
- Waitlist: the data you enter in the form, namely your e-mail address and, where you provide them, your name, company, phone number and your role or function. We also store technical context of the sign-up: the website language, the source or page of the sign-up (source) and the referring page (referrer), as well as the time.
- Contact requests: The contact form merely prepares an e-mail in your own mail program; no data is stored on our servers in the process. If you write to us, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message in order to handle it.
- Server log files: technically necessary data (anonymized or truncated IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type, operating system) for the delivery and security of the website.
3. Purposes & legal bases
- Registration on the waitlist and information about the product launch (pre-contractual measure, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Handling of contact requests (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Secure, stable operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). In doing so, Vercel processes technical connection data (including server log files) on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place; for transfers to the USA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses as well as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply.
5. Processors (waitlist)
The waitlist data is stored in a database operated by Supabase Inc. with hosting in the European Union (EU region). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Processing takes place exclusively within the EU.
6. Cookies & tracking
We use exclusively technically necessary cookies or comparable storage technologies that are required for the operation of the website (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Section 165(3) TKG 2021). We do not currently use any analytics, marketing or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Should we use such services in the future, we will obtain your consent in advance via a cookie banner and update this policy.
7. Storage period
- Waitlist data: until the product launch or until you withdraw your consent, at the latest 24 months after sign-up.
- Contact requests: until they have been conclusively handled, then deleted, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
- Invoicing or tax-relevant documents: 7 years pursuant to Section 132 BAO.
- Server log files: briefly for security purposes, then automatically deleted.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, simply contact us at support@firmeo.ai.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
Without prejudice to any other legal remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at.
10. No automated decision-making
No solely automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.
